Se pare ca e imbogatit cu proteine din lapte.
Ingrediente: lapte de vaca pasteurizat semidegresat, proteine din lapte, fermenti selectionati de iaurt.
Citisem pe undeva ca prin state se gaseste iaurt grecesc cu 10% proteina.
Sa stii ca explicatia cu imbogatirea cu proteine din lapte mi se pare foarte nerealista. Numai daca nu cumva este iaurt facut special pt culturisti. Dar , daca asa scrie pe cutie ....
Puterea vine din interior. Intotdeauna.

Sunt mai mult un capriciu, le mananc impreuna cu omleta cu ovaz de dimineata(inainte de sala).
De ce spui ca nu ar fi indicate?

...trebuie sa fii atent la muraturi datorita continutului ridicat de sare (retentie de apa sub piele)...sa le mananci cu masura ...

Inca o data ... daca ele reprezinta o placere de moment a ta nu este nici o problema. Toti inclusiv eu (eu mai mult decat altii) avem nevoie de astfel de scapari. Dar scaparile sunt scapari. Si a scris ce am scris pt ca tu stii ca acesta categorie de fructe crude (alune de diverse tipuri, migdale, nuci ) sunt foarte ok pt orice om daca sunt crude , contin grasimi superioare si trebuie consumata. Despre placerile de moment no problem.

Atentie ! Consuma aceste fructe foarte bune imediat dupa ce le scoti din coaja lor tare. Nu cumpara si nu consuma nicodata nuca deja decojita. Acesti samburi rancezesc la rece, peroxidarea este periculoasa. Deci cumpara nuci , spargele si consuma-le atunci.

Asadar, sa retinem ca, cu cat o molecula are mai multe duble legaturi, cu atat peroxidarea survine mai usor, cu formarea de radicali liberi. In grasimile in stare naturala – nuci, seminte, masline, avocado, legume sau zarzavaturi –, formarea radicalilor liberi este, in mare masura, impiedicata datorita antioxidantilor naturali, care se gasesc in alimentele respective.
Multumesc de sfat, dar trebuie sa iau in considerare si confortul meu(si al vecinilor)

De foarte multe ori sunt sau ma simt dezarmat de caposenia de care dati dovada atunci cand primiti un sfat. Probabil ca o solutie ar fi ca cei care sa spunem ca au o vechime in sportul asta sau fac anumite meserii care ii imping sa isi spuna parerea pe aici , sa taca si sa lase lucrurile asa cum sunt. Dar asa cum spune Gilu este bine ca o idee sa fie dusa pana la cap. Prin urmare iti repet ceea ce am scris mai sus. Consuma-le atunci cand le spargi. Daca vrei. Explicatia ta (citatul) cu antioxidantii ''naturali'' este subtire. Tu poti face cum doresti.
