Nu e nimic nou aici szotak.Normal ca atunci cand esti pe deficit caloric la sfarsit de zi nu mai conteaza ca toata ziua ai mancat prajituri (pe care automat le stochezi ca grasime - cu exceptia mesei de dupa antrenament).
Problema este ca majoritatea de aici ne incadram la punctul B.
