convertor video

salut baieti.
aveti cineva un convertor video bun? sau stiti unul bun la care sa aveti si serial?
mi'am facut un filmulet la sala dar ocupa prea mult, am incercat cu diverse programe, la unul convertea doar 50% din film, la altul convertea tot dar aparea un banner p film, si tot asa.
ma puteti ajuta?
