Nu masa musculara uriasa conteaza cel mai mult.Exista un exemplu foarte bun pentru asta Markus Ruhl,unul dintre cei mai mari sau poate cel mai mare culturist care a participat la Mr.Olympia. Si se mai zice ca e cel mai lat culturist la umeri.

acolo sunt mai multe criterii:masa musculara,definirea,simetria,estetica... si el si lee labrada aratau fantastic...dar amindoi erau mai scunzi decit restul concurentilor.de cind e mr olimpia,in afara de franco columbu(165 cm)...nici un concurent scund nu a cistigat marele trofeu.

.am omis ceva.in 2008 a cistigat mr olimpia Dexter Jackson care...era mai mic de inaltime,fata de restul concurentilor,dar arata ,,super,,
