Super leg workout!

De pe siteu lui Milos Sarcev.
1st combination of exercises:
FRONT SQUATS
SMITH MACHINE SQUATS
WALKING LUNGES
LEG PRESS
LEG EXTENSIONS
WALKING LUNGES
Exercises were performed immediately one after the other (no rest between) and we were increasing the weight in EVERY exercise in EVERY succeeding "giant set"...
We did 3 giant sets of this "first" combination of exercises...
Second combination:
BARBELL SQUATS (Milamar did Smith machine lunges instead)
SISSY SQUATS ON HECK MACHINE
HACK MACHINE (Milamar did "Reverse Hack"
LEG PRESS
LEG EXTENSIONS
Again - 3 giant sets with progressively heavier weights each time....
Finally:
We did one more SUPER SLOW DROP SET on the Hack machine...
Cine se baga??
Cand esti mort nu stii ca esti mort, e greu doar pt ceilalti, la fel si cand esti prost...
